MUSTARD HOT AT ANTIBES

Young British photographer Alex Mustard scooped four awards at the 29th Antibes Festival of Underwater Images, including a 'Special Mention' for originality for his shot of a wave.
Mustard won first and second prizes in the b/w print category, and a 3rd prize and 'Special Mention' in the colour print section for his wave photograph.
Andrew Pugsley won the Our World Underwater Scholarship Society prize for photographers in the 18-25 age group.
The two young photographers were caught enjoying a quiet beer at the bar, while in the packed auditorium above them, the audience waited for them to mount the stage and collect their prizes.
The BBC Natural History Unit took the Palme d’Or in the film category with their stunning 'Shark Battlefield', but unfortunately nobody from the BBC turned up to claim the prize.
After all, when it comes to the French, we do have our reputation for being rude to maintain.
