This cover is provided 24hrs a day!! 2) ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE / INCLUDING WHILST IN USE 3) ACCIDENTAL LOSS / INCLUDING WHILST IN USE 4) EMERGENCY JETTISON / WHILST IN USE 5) TRANSIT COVER / INCLUDING BY AIR & OUT OF THE CONTROL OF THE INSURED PERSON 6) HIRE OF DIVE EQUIPMENT / UP TO £200.00 (WITH NO EXCESS) (For the cost of hiring dive equipment if as a result of a covered loss under this insurance, you have to hire replacement diving equipment in order to attend a dive training course or dive holiday that was pre booked and pre paid prior to the loss occurring). 7) WORLD WIDE COVER / UP TO 90 DAYS IN ANY ONE YEAR OF INSURANCE CAMERAS INSURED AS ABOVE The above includes underwater photographic equipment for loss by any of the above sections of cover, in so much that the insured has declared and insured herewith all sport diving equipment owned by the insured. The cover excludes electrical and mechanical derangement unless caused by sudden or unforeseen impact. All inherent and manufacture and faulty housing seal incidents will not be covered.

The summary does not form part of your contract of insurance. About your Insurance... This Insurance is underwritten by the Association of Underwriters known as Lloyd's, led by Syndicate 5000. The policy is issued for a period of 12 months. Cancellation... The Insurance Certificate is cancelable within 14 days if you feel the Insurance does not meet your needs. A full refund will be allowed if the Insurance Certificate and Schedule are returned Westfield Sub Aqua & Marine Insurance Services Ltd within 14 days, provided no claims and no trips have commenced. Claims... Compensation... Lloyd's insurers are covered by the Financial Services Authority's Compensation Scheme. You may be entitled to compensation from the Scheme if a Lloyd's insurer is unable to meet its obligations to you under this contract. If you were entitled to compensation under the Scheme, the level and extent of the compensation would depend on the nature of this contract. Main Exclusions (This is not an exhaustive list. A copy of the full contract of insurance may be seen upon application to Westfield Sub Aqua & Marine Insurance Services Ltd) * Any claim for Theft of the diving equipment that was not caused by forcible &/or Violent or threat thereof. * Any claim for theft whilst the diving equipment was left unattended unless in a locked building, house, garage, boat cabin or locker, hotel room, boot of a car or panel van where the equipment is out of sight. * Any claim arising from mechanical or electrical breakdown or derangement. * Any claim for 'Theft' or 'Accidental Loss' or 'Emergency Jettison' that has not been reported to the police within 7 days and written statement obtained. * Any claim for flooding of underwater camera equipment unless in conjunction with accidental damage. * Any claim for loss or damage whilst in the custody of a carrier, unless reported to the carrier within 24 hours and a report obtained. * The Underwriters shall not be liable for any claim if the Sub Aqua activities giving rise to any claim hereunder are not being carried out at the time of the incident strictly in accordance with BSAC/PADI/SSAC/SAA/CFT/TDI regulations and for private, pleasure and amateur purposes only. * The Insured Person must report any claim within 60 days of the incident. * Territorial limits are the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland but extended to include up to a maximum of 90 days outside this territorial limit during the Period of Insurance. * Any Claim due to wear and tear. * Property already insured elsewhere. * Property confiscated by Customs. * Consequential loss of any kind.
